Send your dates, the number of guests, and whether you are a family, couples or a group of friends, with the reason for your trip. We reply with availability and the price for those dates.
To confirm, we need the full name of every guest and a photo of each guest's ID or passport. Only guests named on the reservation may stay, and the building's reception keeps the list.
Charlie reviews every request personally. Once your group is confirmed, he approves the final price and sends a secure payment link. A security deposit of US$ 1,000 is charged separately on arrival day.
Give us the names of any friends you will invite for a meal at least 48 hours before check-in. Tell us if you want the kitchen stocked, a car at the airport, or a boat day booked.
The penthouse is ready from 3:00 PM. We meet you at the reception, take you up and show you how everything works. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
The sale is handled by Charles Jonas, principal broker of Art de Vivre, a Rio de Janeiro brokerage established in 2011 that sells and manages luxury homes. The asking price is R$ 33,000,000, about R$ 38,915 per square metre over 848 m². The condominium fee is R$ 5,000 a month and the IPTU property tax R$ 52,000 a year. Two garage spaces come with the penthouse.
